Having a customer account means you can:
- Track progress on services requested
- Apply for services outside of normal working hours at your convenience
- See what’s happening in your area
Setting up a customer account is quick and easy, you will just need an e-mail address.
To view more detailed information, for example your Council tax bill you will be sent a PIN via the post once you have registered.
